Most arts organisations run ads without the foundation. That's like running a marathon without training first.
Without proper tracking, how should Google or Meta know what's working and what's not? AI can only help if you let it.

Frequently asked questions
The honest answers.
You're based in Germany — does that work for an international client?
Yes. Everything I do runs remotely: screen shares, video calls, shared dashboards, email. I have no reason to be in the same city as you — and neither does Google's ad algorithm.
I'm an Artist, could you help me as well?
Unfortunately not. I am specialised in organisations that sell tickets.
What ad budget do I need to make this worthwhile?
A rough rule of thumb: your monthly ad spend should be at least equal to my management fee. So if you're spending less than £2,900 / month on ads, a percentage-based agency model might be cheaper — but you'll lose the alignment of interests and probably work with a Junior Consultant. I'd rather you spend £5,000–£15,000 / month on actual ads, where I can genuinely move the needle. We can talk through what makes sense for your programme in the free consultation.
Do I need to already have a ticketing system that supports data feeds?
It depends on your provider. Most modern ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, TicketCo, DICE, and others) can export structured event data. Some require a bit of configuration. If yours can't, we find a workaround — but yes, a feed-capable system makes everything faster and more accurate.
How long does the initial setup take?
Typically four to eight weeks from contract to first campaign live, depending on how quickly you can provide access to your website, ticketing system and ad accounts. The setup work is done on my end — I'll tell you exactly what I need from you and when.
Can I book just the setup without ongoing management?
Yes. The setup packages are standalone. Some clients want to hand the setup over to an in-house team afterwards. That's fine — I'll document everything clearly and do a proper handover. The monthly management is only for clients who want me to run the campaigns ongoing.
Do you work with venues other than concert halls?
Yes — theatres, opera houses, festivals, museums with ticketed exhibitions, orchestras selling individual concert tickets. The approach is the same: sell more of the specific thing you're putting on. If you're selling memberships or subscriptions rather than individual tickets, that's a slightly different setup but still possible.
What do you actually need from me to get started?
Admin access to your Google Tag Manager (or your website CMS if GTM isn't set up yet), your Google Analytics account, your Meta Business Manager, and your Google Ads account. If any of these don't exist yet, we create them together. You'll also need to introduce me to whoever manages your website, so we can implement the tracking correctly.
